Tracy Finney, PT, MS, CEEAA, is a highly experienced physical therapist with over 26 years of dedicated service in rehabilitation and home healthcare. As a valued member of the Dynamic Home Therapy team, she brings extensive expertise in geriatric care and neurological rehabilitation. Her dual certification as a Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults (CEEAA) and LSVT BIG practitioner demonstrates her commitment to specialized care for older adults and individuals with movement disorders.

Throughout her career, Tracy has developed comprehensive expertise in treating complex medical conditions across various healthcare settings, including acute rehabilitation, inpatient care, and home health services. This diverse background allows her to provide seamless continuity of care as patients transition through different levels of recovery. Since joining Dynamic Home Therapy in 2011, she has further specialized in bringing expert rehabilitation services directly to patients in their homes.

Tracy’s clinical approach combines her advanced certifications with extensive practical experience to deliver patient-centered care that focuses on improving functional independence and quality of life.
