Pamela Piersante, PT, DPT, brings a unique blend of physical therapy expertise and fitness experience to Dynamic Home Therapy & NeuroFit, where she specializes in neurological rehabilitation and movement disorders. A Temple University Doctor of Physical Therapy graduate and recipient of the prestigious Matt Williams Scholarship, Pamela combines evidence-based practice with creative problem-solving to deliver personalized care that emphasizes functional improvement and patient engagement.

Prior to joining Dynamic Home Therapy, Pamela gained diverse clinical experience across multiple healthcare settings, including positions at Main Line Health’s Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, Kindred Healthcare, and Rothman Orthopaedic Specialty Hospital. Her background as a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor enhances her ability to develop comprehensive treatment programs that integrate therapeutic exercise with functional training. As an LSVT BIG certified clinician, she has particular expertise in treating individuals with Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders.

Beyond her clinical work, Pamela demonstrates a strong commitment to community service and healthcare accessibility. During her time at Temple University’s North Broad Physical Therapy Center, she served as Outcomes Coordinator, analyzing clinical data to improve patient retention and treatment effectiveness for underserved populations. She continues her community involvement through volunteer work with Everybody Eats Philadelphia, reflecting her holistic approach to health and wellness. Her combination of clinical expertise, research experience, and dedication to patient care makes her a valuable member of the Dynamic Home Therapy team.
