Christina Thurm, PT, DPT, NCS, has been a dedicated physical therapist at Dynamic Home Therapy since 2017, where she specializes in neurological rehabilitation and complex movement disorders. As a board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist, she brings advanced expertise in treating individuals with neurological conditions, combining evidence-based practices with individualized treatment approaches to optimize functional outcomes for her patients.
Her clinical foundation was built through diverse experiences across multiple healthcare settings, including specialized rotations in neurorehabilitation at Beechwood NeuroRehab, where she developed expertise in traumatic brain injury rehabilitation. This background, combined with her training in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and acute care at the University of Utah Hospital, enables her to provide comprehensive care that addresses the complex needs of patients with neurological conditions.
A graduate of Drexel University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program and Penn State University’s Biobehavioral Health program, Christina maintains an active commitment to serving underserved communities. Her volunteer work includes providing physical therapy services in Guatemala through Hearts in Motion and supporting the medical team at the Penn Relay Carnival. Her dedication to neurological rehabilitation, combined with her diverse clinical experience and commitment to community service, makes her an invaluable member of the Dynamic Home Therapy team.
