Dr. Jennifer M. Brown, PT, DPT, GCS, founded Dynamic Home Therapy & NeuroFit in 2011 with a vision to transform the landscape of neurological and geriatric physical therapy. As a board-certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist and experienced healthcare leader, Dr. Brown brings over 25 years of expertise in specialized rehabilitation services, including extensive work with neurological conditions, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis. Her dedication to evidence-based care and personalized treatment approaches has established Dynamic Home Therapy as a trusted provider in the greater Philadelphia area.

Throughout her career, Dr. Brown has maintained a strong commitment to education and professional development, serving as an Adjunct Professor in the DPT program at Drexel University College of Medicine for fourteen years. Her background includes significant experience at prestigious institutions such as Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital and Main Line Health, where she specialized in neurological rehabilitation, hippotherapy, and comprehensive home care services. As a certified Rock Steady Boxing instructor and LSVT BIG practitioner, she continues to expand her therapeutic approaches to benefit clients with Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Brown is actively involved in community service, particularly through her volunteer work with the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Philadelphia, where she conducts balance assessments and serves on the Wellness Committee. Her leadership extends beyond patient care to include public speaking engagements, professional mentorship, and ongoing educational initiatives that help shape the future of physical therapy practice.
